摘要
本文以爆破漏斗理论为基础,通过分析炮孔密集系数m变化所引起的爆破几何条件、岩石破碎机理的变化,说明宽孔距微差爆破技术对破碎质量的改善是由于临空面的增加、发育的爆破裂隙系及最小抵抗线的减小、应力降低区域的消失、附加破碎概率的增加和炸药单耗的微小增加等情况所致,从而获得较合理的炮孔密集系数。
Based on the theory of blasting crater, the paper discussed how the crater geometry and fragmentation mechanism varies with the hole spacing coefficient in millisecond delay blasting, which shows that the large hole spacing will lead to increase of free face and developed fractures, reduce of burden, disappear of stress weakenned area, increase of extra fragmen-tion probability and slight increase of specific charge, thus improving blasting quality. Then the reasonable spacing coefficient was found.
