清江隔河岩升船机主提升机安全制动系统设计 被引量:8

摘要 安全制动系统是钢丝绳卷扬提升式升船机的关键设备,其设备选型、工作性能、运行方式等对升船机的安全运行有直接影响。进行隔河岩升船机设计时,国内外尚没有盘式制动器在钢丝绳卷扬提升式升船机上应用的先例,缺乏实践经验。为使安全制动系统的性能满足升船机的运行要求,并确保系统自身的安全可靠性,设计中对各种因素的影响已尽可能地作了考虑,并采取了相应的应对措施。但设计的合理性和技术措施的周密性尚有待运行实践的检验。对我国同类升船机的建设有一定的参考、借鉴价值。 Braking system is the key device for cable-hoisting shiplift, the type selection, operation behavior, operation mode of the device have direct influence on the safe operation of the shiplift. In the time of the shiplift design for Geheyan Hydropower Project, the disk type hoisting braking device had not been used for cable-hoisting shiplift at home and abroad and there was no practical application experience. In order to make braking system meet the operation requirement of the shiplift and guarantee the safety and reliability of the system itself, the influence of various factors had been considered as far as possible and corresponding countermeasures adopted. The reasonability of the design and thoroughness of technological measures need to be checked through practical operation. The design of braking system for Geheyan Hydroproject can be referred for construction of similar shiplifts.
