摘要
陵深2井是吐哈油田陵深构造的一口5230 m的重点探井。地层岩性主要为砾岩、泥岩和粉砂岩等。由于该井是一口超深井,井眼大,裸眼段长,地质构造复杂,地层可钻性与井壁稳定性差,存在多套压力系统,因而钻井施工难度较大,要求有较高的钻井液工艺技术水平。为保证该井顺利钻探成功和保护油气储层,采用了MMH聚合物钻井液、MMH聚磺钻井液体系,MMH钻井液体系具有抑制防塌能力强、井壁稳定性、悬浮携带能力和剪切稀释性好、对井壁冲蚀作用小等特点,可有效抑制大段泥岩的水化分散膨胀,解决复杂井段(泥岩、煤层)防塌、防卡、防漏等复杂问题,满足深井钻屑悬浮携带和抗高温老化要求。现场应用效果表明,该体系满足了陵深2井钻井施工要求,钻进过程中井壁稳定,井径规则,钻井周期短,很好保护了油气层,产生了好的经济效益。
Well Lingshen2 is an important exploration well of 5230m deep. The main lithology consists of conglomerate, shale and fine sandstone, etc. Because of the great depth of the well, large size borehole, long openhole interval, complex geologic structure, poor formation drillability, poor stability of the hole, and multiple pressure layers, it is very difficult for drilling and demands higher level of drilling fluid technology. In order to guarantee the successful drilling of this well and protect the reservoir, MMH polymer and polysulfonate drilling fluid were used. This system has strong inhibition capability, good hole stability, cuttings transportation and suspension capability, good shear thinning and low washing action. It can effectively control the hydration and dispersion of mudstone and successfully prevent such troubles as collapse, mud loss and drill pipe sticking in complicate interval (shale layers and coal beds) of the well and meets the requirements of cuttings transportation and high temperature ageing in the deep well. Field application shows this system meets the requirements of drilling operation of well Lingshen2, with good hole stability, regular borehole, shortened drilling cycle and well protected formation. At the same time, good economic benefit has achieved.
