摘要
我国正逐步融入全球化进程 ,劳动与社会保障立法存在严重不足。应贯彻“人人生而自由 ,在尊严和权利上一律平等”的立法思想 。
China is undergoing the process of globalization and there is a shortage of labor and security law legislation.The legislation should implement the notion:all the people are created free and equal in respect and right, in order to improve the labor and social security law system.
