摘要
加布托垦区,由7个小型橡胶园组成。现有人口507人,均来自非疟区。由于忽视疟疾预防工作,导致疟疾暴发流行。1990年1～8月疟史率高达74.8％,疟疾死亡率9.81‰,9月份月发病率17.6％,人群带虫率60.8％,疟疾荧光抗体阳性率81.25％～100％。两年间农工因患疟疾误工2万余个劳动日,支付医药费9万余元,部分农工离场,一些胶园荒芜,损失严重。
Jiabutuo reclamation area with 507 people from non—malaria areas is composed of 7 small rubber plantations, malaria outbreak due to the neglect of malaria prevention occured in the area, with malaria history rate 74.8％ from January to August of 1990, malaria mortality 9.86‰, incidence of malaria in September 17.6％, parasite carrier rate 60. 8% and positive rate of IFAT 81.25%～100％, and resulting in heavy loss of economic aspect.
