摘要
针对齐鲁石化热电厂采用母管制和热电联产的特点,研究建立了母管制热电厂的经济性诊断模型,以此为基础研制了齐鲁石化热电厂的计算机机在线经济性诊断与分析系统,本文对其经济性诊断数学模型、系统功能等进行了详细介绍。通过近半年的运行实践证明本文设计的计算机在线经济性诊断与分析系统能有效地提高全厂的运行管理水平,是提高机组经济性和节能降耗的有效工具。
According to the characteristics of main- piping thermal power plant of Qilu Petrochemical Corporation, an economic diagnostic model for main- piping cogeneration system is built, and an on- line economic diagnostic system is developed. The mathematical model and the functions of this system are described in detail. Through the practical operation for half year, this system has been proved to be able to improve the O& M level and the economic benefit of thermal power plant.
