摘要
提出了从知识管理角度提高信息技术与信息系统 (IT IS)外包成功性模型 ,指出 :IT IS外包失败的原因有三个 :第一 ,外包企业与IT IS供应商之间知识流动顺畅性 ,包括供应商知识到客户以及客户到供应商之间双向流动。第二 ,外包合作双方和谐关系。第三 ,环境动态性。流畅的知识流动。
A model of the effect of knowledge management on the successful outsourcing of information technology/information system (IT/IS) is proposed. Three critical factors put the effect on the successful outsourcing of IT/IS. The first is the un-obstacle knowledge flow between IT/IS supplier and custom. The second is relationship between supplier and custom. The third is dynamic environment of custom business. The fluency of knowledge, harmonious relationship and stable environment are critical preconditions.
