摘要
地处湖南南部三角地带的衡阳、郴州、永州3个地级市,在自然地理环境、人文历史、社会经济状况等方面,有许多相似处。把3市作为一个相对独立的综合经济区域———湘南经济区,按照"区域整合、整体开发"的原理,从区域环境的优势和劣势评价入手,提出合理规划布局3大产业、用活用足区域优惠政策、大力发展外向型经济、加速推进"三化"进程、走可持续发展道路等区域综合开发措施。
The triangular region of Hengyang, Chenzhou and Yongzhou Cities is located in the south of Hunan Province. The three cities are similar in natural, historical and socio-economic conditions. It is suggested that they could be constructed into an integrated economic region, where the principle of 'regional integration, unified development' should be adopted, the industries be rationally distributed, export-oriented economy be energetically developed, and the favorable policies for the region be fully implemented.
