摘要
基于电厂真空系统泄漏是一种常见故障,因此研究一种简便、快捷、准确的检测方法是必要的。运用超声波技术研究了检测真空系统泄漏的新方法。实践表明,该方法是可行的。所给出的应用超声波技术检测真空系统泄漏的原理和检测方法是有效的。
Because the leak of vacuum system is so frequent in a power plant, it is necessary to find a simple, quick and accurate method to detect the leak, ie. detection by ultrasonic technique. Application results show clearly that this method is feasible and that the principle of leak detection by ultrasonic technique is effective to vacuum systems.
