摘要
通过一组４１１例正常人颈椎Ｘ线侧位片的测量，得出了颈椎管矢状径与椎体矢状经比值的正常值，并通过与１２１例脊髓型颈椎病病人Ｘ线片的对比分析，论证了矢状径比值在发育性颈椎管狭窄诊断上的应用价值。
Cervical spinal lateral radiograms of 411 healthy subjects were measured. The ratio value of cervical canal sagittal diameter-vertebral body were analysed. The range of normal value of ratio value were obtained. Correlation analysis between sagittal diameter of spinal canal and ratio vale was perfomed. Stepwise regression analysis was also performed using ratio value as dependent variable and sex, age height as independent variable. we also analysed a group of data collected from 121 patients of cervical myelopathy. This article could provide statistical basis for the diagnosis of developmental cervical stenosis.
