急性冠脉综合征

摘要
急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndromes,ACS)包括不稳定心绞痛(unstable angina pectoris,UAP),急性心肌梗死(Q波及非Q波)及急性缺血性心源性猝死,是当今社会危害人体健康的主要原因之一.以往,人们认为急性冠脉缺血事件是由于冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的缓慢进行性增大,而堵塞管腔所至.
