摘要
对我国有关法律中的行政终局裁决制度以及几个发达国家法律中对于这一问题的相关规定进行简介,并分析说明:行政终局裁决制度既与“司法最终解决”原则不符,也与WTO的有关规定相悖。
briefly account the adjudication sestem of administrative end which is comprised in some related laws of our country, and some related prescripts which are ordained in certain developed countries. and analyse:the adjudication system of administrative end doesn, t only accord with the principle that regards the judicial adjudgement as the finality, but also go against some related prescripts of WTO.
