摘要
本文讨论了在保证爆炸能量得到充分利用的前提下,光面爆破的最优堵塞长度问题。分析指出:光面爆破的最小炮孔堵塞长度与堵塞材料、岩石性质、炮孔几何参数以及炮孔间距有关。中砂的堵塞效果优于粘土。对于小直径(40~50毫米)炮孔的光面爆破,最小炮孔堵塞长度不超过炮孔间距。软岩可取孔间距的40%,中硬岩可取孔间距的60%,坚硬岩石可取孔间距的80%。
The paper discussed the optimal stemming length of blasthole in smooth blasting on the premise of full utinization of explosion energy. The author pointed out that the minimal length of stemming in smooth blasting is associated with stemming materials, rock properties and geometric parameters of blasthole, the effect of stemming with middle-size sand is much better than that with clay. For the smooth blast with small diameter hole(40-50mm),the minimal length of stemming needn't be greater than holespacing. It may be 40% of the holespacing for soft rock, 60% for temperately hard rock and 80% for the hardest rock.
