摘要
针对水利工程加固项目由于自身的特殊性和复杂性,给项目实施阶段投资管理带来较大难度,客观上造成了施工过程中的变更和因此产生的索赔等情况,研究探讨了加固工程投资局部偏离的处理原则和工程实施阶段索赔的妥善处理方法,为更科学合理有效地进行加固工程投资管理提供一定的借鉴作用。
s:Because of the particularity and complexity during the rehabilitation of hydraulic structures, it is much difficult to manage the investment during implementation stage, which unavoidably causes the modification and claim during construction. The article tries to study the settlement principle and method when the investment is changed during rehabilitation, which could give some experiments for the rational and effectual management during the rehabilitation investment of hydraulic structures.
