摘要
采用RH -KTB工艺大批量生产超低碳钢具有很多优越性。结合生产试验讨论了真空脱碳反应的机理及速率方程 ,分析了顶吹氧、真空度、钢水循环量等因素对脱碳速度的影响。
Producing ultra-low carbon steel by RH-KTB process has many advantages.This paper discusses the mechanism of vacuum decarbonization reaction and the rate equation for ultra-low carbon ssteel smelting combined with the trial production results.The effect of top oxygen injection,vacuum and circulation rate of molten steel on the decarbonization rate are analyzed in the paper.
