摘要
使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定10个品种药材中的铜、砷、镉、汞、铅5种有害元素方法。数据的重复性和回收率符合痕量分析的要求,该方法具有灵敏度高,速度快的特点。
The method was to determine the hazard elements of ten kinds of herbs, including copper, arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead, by ICP-MS technology. The accuracy and the recovery can meet the requirements of trace analysis. Additionally, the method is highly sensitive and very quick.
