对技工学校的现状、原因进行了分析,并对技工教育的发展阐述了一定的观点。提出了改革管理体制、灵活办学机制、确定培养目标等措施,营造学习技能和培养技能人才的良好氛围,使技工教育走向良性循环的轨道。
By analysis of present situation of technician school, elaborates the view for developing technician education and puts forward management system reform, agile running school mechanism, determining train target etc measures to create a good train environment, to lead education on the right way.
