摘要
本文介绍在深水导管架制造过程中计划管理的范围、内容、方法及形式,并在总结HZ21-1和HZ26-1两个深水导管架建造中计划管理活动实际经验的基础上,对项目时间计划的编制、人力资源计划的编制、计划的实施、进度的控制及计算等方面,进行了较为详细的描述。两个深水导管架建造实践表明:本文所述的计划管理方法应用于深水导管架建造项目上是行之有效的。
This paper introduces the scopes, contents, methods, and forms in construction of deep water conductor. and summarizes in detail the experiences of plan management, scheme of the personnel resources plan,plan implementation, progress control, and progress plan etc. in construction of the two deep water conductors of HZ 21 - 1 and HZ 26-1.The practice of the two deep water conductors' construction shows that it is serviceable and effective to apply the plan management methods in this paper into the projects of deep water conductor construction.
