摘要
目的 提高重症心脏瓣膜病瓣膜替换术的手术疗效。方法 对 2 0 0 0年～ 2 0 0 3年收治的 38例重症心脏瓣膜病进行回顾性分析。结果 38例中死亡 3例 ,死亡率 7 9% ,无明显并发症。结论 充分术前准备、保留瓣下结构、人工瓣膜合理的选择和匹配及加强术后处理是提高重症心脏瓣膜病疗效的重要措施。
Objective In order to improve the effect of valve replacement for the patients with severe valvular heart disease.Methods Retrospectively analyze 38 cases severe valvular heart disease from 2000 to 2003.Results Among 38 cases 3 cases died,the death rate was 7.9% and no obvious complication was found.Conclusion Enough pre-operative preparation,MVR with preservation of valve and subvalvular structure,correct selection of artificial valves and enhancing post-operative treatment can significantly improve the results of valve replacement for the patients with severe valvular heart disease.
