摘要
网络舆论有其内在结构及运行机制。网络舆论对大学生"三观"(世界观、人生观、价值观)形成有着极为重要的影响。可以通过思想政治教育进网络、加强信息审查、网站分级、加强大学生网德教育、利用网络功能引导网络舆论等措施来应对网络舆论对大学生"三观"形成带来的负面影响。
Network opinions, with their inner structures and special mechanisms, have great effects on the formation of college students' 'Three Outlooks'. Network education of morality and ideology, enforced message checking, grading of webs can be used to guide network opinions and decrease their negative effects on college students.
