摘要
加入WTO对我国区域产业发展的影响甚大:原有格局将重新洗牌,"小而全"体系将被打破,区域竞争力成为发展轴心,企业群体竞争优势脱颖而出。在这一背景下,通过对区域生产综合体理论和产业群落理论这两种产业组织理论的比较和探讨,认为提高我国区域产业竞争力应当实行集群式创新导向的发展战略。
The access to the WTO has much affected the development of China's regional industries: the former patterns have been changed, the 'small and complete' system has been broken, the regional competition has become the center of the development and the competitive advantages of enterprise groups have been seen. Under this background, this paper attempts to make a comparative study of two industrial organization theories, that is the regional production comprehensive theory and the enterprise group theory. The authors believe that the developmental strategy of the collectivized innovation should be conducted so as to improve China's regional industrial competition.
