摘要
手性唑硼烷酮能够催化不对称 1,3偶极加成反应并取得很好的效果。手性唑硼烷酮以廉价易得的手性氨基酸为原料合成的一系列氮磺酰化氨基酸配体与硼烷原位制备而成 .本文主要对手性唑硼烷酮的合成 ,及其不对称诱导机理进行了探讨。
Asymmetric 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition can be strongly catalyzed by chiral oxazaborolidines. A series of Ts -amino acid derived from cheap and easy-got amino acids were synthesized. They were used to prepared chiral oxazaborolidine in situ with borane.This paper discussed the synthesis of chiral oxazaborolidines and the mechanism of the asymmetric induction.
