摘要
将聚丙烯腈二甲亚砜纺丝液在试管中于二甲亚砜水溶液中成型并凝固,通过计量凝固样品重量随时间的变化来考察在不同凝固浴条件下的凝固速率,并观察了凝固样品的横断面形貌。结果表明:凝固样品重量的变化可以直观地反应不同凝固浴条件下聚丙烯腈 二甲亚砜(DMSO) 水体系凝固速率的变化。随凝固浴浓度的提高,凝固速度减小,样品横截面趋于均匀化、致密化;凝固温度从30℃升高到50℃,凝固速度加快,截面由非圆形变为圆形,但在80℃下凝固速度反而下降;凝固浴中第三组份的添加降低了扩散速度,但会引起孔洞的产生。
The influence of coagulation variables on diffusion during wet-spinning was investigated by measuring the remaining weight of the samples. The transverse structure of the coagulated samples was also studied. It is found that coagulation slows down with increasing dimethyl sulforide (DMSO) concentration while the transverse structure of the coagulated sample becomes finer. The coagulation speed is faster and the transverse structure is finer at 50 degreesC than at 30 degreesC and 80 degreesC. The additive makes coagulation slower,however, some voids are generated across the coagulated samples.
