摘要
晚清时期中国的早期现代化启动后,作为经济现代化的重要组成部分的企业经营管理方法和思想的现代化也随之发生,并随着现代化建设的不断深入而发展。中国企业经营管理现代化发生于洋务运动时期,中间经历张謇等人的发展,到穆藕初、卢作孚时代成为比较系统深刻的现代企业经营管理理论。
The modernization of business management, which is an essential part of economic modernization, occurred spontaneously as the early modernization of the late Ming Dynasty started during the Period of Westernization Movement. It developed further with the effort of Zhang Jian and other figures in the history, and came into being as a systematic and profound theory of modern business management at the age of Mu Ouchu and Lu Zuofu.
