摘要
远离设计工况涡轮特性分析可以预见到已设计好的涡轮机组在工况变动时性能的变化规律 ,为整个系统的工况计算和调控设计提供必要的数据 ,而在特性计算时采用合理的损失模型是至关重要的。本文对于流动过程中出现的损失变化规律按诸多文献所推荐的广泛应用公式加以综合比较 ,并以最小二乘方的拟合式加入到计算程序之中 ,并给出了三种情况静、动叶速度系数的变化对机组内效率、物理流量和总功率的影响。分析表明 。
Turbine analyze of aparting from design point can predict the change rule of designed turbine set while operating condition has changed ,also provide the necessary date for computatons,adjustment and control of the system.It is most important to adopt reasonable loss model in performance computation.According to the widely applied formulas in so good many literatures,this paper synthesizes them, then gives a fitting formula out of the least square method as to the loss model rule in the flow course,last calculates the influence of φ,Ψ to efficiency,flow and power under three states .It is concluded that the incidence angle model can be used to the characteristic computation apart form design point well.
