摘要
本文通过对陕西省11所县级妇幼保健机构的典型调查,运用多元统计分析和特尔菲专家咨询法相结合,对县级妇幼保健机构办院(所)模式、机构规模、主要职能、科室设置、保健与临床人员的调配及轮换时间等问题进行了探讨.
In this article the running model and scale of county-level MCH hospital (station)and its main functions,affilia tions and internal proportion of personel were discussed by reviewing the current situations in 11 county -level MCH organizations in Shannxi Province with mutiple statistical analysis combined with Telphi method.
