摘要
本文对玻璃纤维长丝纱的机械性能做了较全面的讨论。文中着重探讨了玻璃纤维长丝纱在静负荷作用下的松驰性能以及反复循环负荷作用下的疲劳性能,同时设计了测定玻璃纤维长丝纱弯曲性能的试验方法——套环法,并提出了相应的指标——抗弯系数W。试验结果表明,玻璃纤维长丝纱有较明显的应力松驰现象,反复循环负荷作用对玻璃纤维长丝纱的强伸性能有较大的影响。
The Mechanical properties of glass fiber filament yarn are presented in this paper, especially the stress-relaxation property and the fatigue property under a cyclic load. A new method-loop method is used to determine the bending property of glass fiber filament yarn, and the relavent index, bending factor(W), is given. As a result, the stress-relaxation of yarn is obviously observed, and the cyclic loading has much more influence on the tensile property of yarn.
