摘要
本文分析了在圈条筒内沿气孔周围最密圈内条子的重叠问题,导出圈条卷装容量极值计算式以确定上、下盘中心最优偏距e~*。分析结论表明,该值随圈距的变化很小,并且随条宽2r.的变化也不大;一般应取e~*/R=0.21~0.24(大圈条).或0.68~0.74(小圈条),R为条筒卷装半径。相应的气孔直径D_0为D_0/2R=0.56~0.39(大圈条)或0.36~0.48(小圈条)。
This paper discusses the sliver overlapping in densest zone around the hole of can coil package and derives the formulas for max. coil package to determine optimal eccentricity e~■ between coiler and can centers. The ratio e~■)(=e■/R,R——can diameter), as a conclusion varies slightly with sliver-width ratio γ(=2r_o/B) and even less with coiling pitch ratio ζ(=c/R). In general, ε~■=0.21~0.24 and ε~■=0.68~0. 74 are suitable for over-center and for under-center coilings respectively and the ratio for hole diameter to can diameter is about 0.56~0.39 and 0.36~0.48 correspendingly.
