摘要
警务技能培训是提高人民警察战斗力、减少伤亡的一项基础性工程,但当前在警察教育中存在认识不到位、训练教材陈旧匮乏、教学与实战训练脱节等一系列问题。为提高警务技能培训效果,应以上海公安教育培训模式为蓝本,从实践需要出发,有针对性地选择培训内容,切实提高人民警察的战斗力。
Policing skill training is a basic project for the police force to improve their combatant power and reduce casualties. But in current police education, there are quite many problems such the lack of correct recognition, training textbooks being old and deficient, instruction being separate from field training, etc. In order to improve the effect of policing skill training, we should follow the suit of Shanghai public security training model, orientationally select training content according to the actual fact, and practically improve the combatant power of the police force.
