摘要
CAD(Computer Aided Design)与CAPP(Computer Aided Process Planning)系统中的信息共享问题是决定它们能否真正集成的关键问题。本文作者根据CAD与CAPP信息的特点和联系,提出一种基于特征型面的CSG(Constructive Solid Geometry)方法,并运用该方法对部分零件的造型进行了有益的尝试,效果是好的.文中分析了零件信息的生成问题和表示问题,并介绍了系统的研制情况.
The generation of the workpiece model for both CAD and CAPP systems, a key problem in CAD/CAPP integration,is described in this paper. By the CSG method based on machining form feature, workpiece information can be obtained in design phase. The workpiece model is figured by the form feature tree, and the workpiece information can be easily changed for machining or assembly process. Details of the development of the system are also discussed.
