摘要
黑炭衬是西服的高档辅料.为了利用人发固有的特性制造出优于耗牛毛的黑炭衬,作者已研制出一种采用非织造针刺技术生产出人发和化学纤维混和的人发针刺毡,再经后整理加工成人发黑炭衬。该法工艺流程短,产量高,含发率高,可生产出高附加值的人发黑炭村.文中对人发纤维与各类化纤的混和、混和比、非织适的工艺参数以及整理剂、后整理条件作了探索和分析.并用风格仪对树脂整理后的各类人发黑炭衬进行了光滑度、硬挺度、丰满度等性能测试.
Hair interlining is a high quality auxiliary material for garments.In order to make use of the in-trinsic properties of human hair fiber for production of interlinings superior to that of yak hair,a needlepunching nonwoven technique has been used to manufacture the human hair interlining which is themixture of human hair fiber and other man made fiber.In this way,the process is short,the output isgreat,the hair content is high,and the additional value of hair can be raised.The relative contents ofhuman hair fiber and man made fibers,processing parameters,finishing agent and finishing conditionare discussed in this paper.Stiffness, fullness and smoothness of various human hair interlinings afterresin finishing are measured by handle tester.
