摘要
本文首先概述了供应链管理的运用原因,再简要介绍了供应链有效管理的评价指标,然后分别从企业内部、 企业之间两个层面分析实现供应链有效管理的难度与对策。
This paper generalizes the reason for applying the supply chain management, figures for evaluation of effective supply chain management, then analyzes the difficulties and countermeasures of actualizing supply chain management from both inside and between enterprises.
