摘要
在负荷预测的基础上,综合考虑二次侧电压、无功及电容器和可调变压器分接头在一天内动作次数限制,提出了带惩罚因子的目标函数,利用免疫算法求取变电站电压无功综合控制的最优控制策略。对实例的计算结果表明,用此算法有良好的全局收敛性和求解精度,利用这种算法得出的控制策略,可提高系统的安全性和经济性。
On the basis of load forecasting and with the consideration of secondary voltage, reactivepower and daily switching times of capacitors and taps,an objective function with penalty factor is presented and the optimal control schedule of voltage and reactive power control in a substation is reached by using IA(Immune Algorithm). The example calculation indicates that the proposed ap-proach has better global convergence and precision. The optimal control schedule reached canimprove system security and economy.
