摘要
在试管合成装置上,以酯化率93%的BHET和分子质量不同的各种PEG为原料,合成了一系列PET均聚酯和PET/PEG共聚酯,研究了共聚酯与均聚酯的反应动力学差异。研究发现,反应温度、时间等工艺条件对(共)聚酯的缩聚反应速度有很大的影响,在相同的工艺条件下,(共)聚酯的反应速度快于PET。
The differences of the reaction kinetics between the PET/PEG copolyesters and PET were studied in this paper. Some PET and PET/PEG copolyesters with different PEG molecular mass and different feed ratio were synthesized in the test tube synthetic devices designed by us which can synthesize 6 samples at one time with the identical conditions. It is proved that the reaction temperature and time have dramatic effect on the polycondensation speed of copolyester.In the same technological condition,the reaction speed of PET/PEG copolyester is much higher than that of PET.
