摘要
目的 建立果蝇的半乳糖衰老模型 ,观察α 硫辛酸对果蝇生化指标的影响。方法 将未交配的果蝇按性别随机分为 4组 :对照组、半乳糖组、α 硫辛酸低剂量组、α 硫辛酸高剂量组。收集 40日龄果蝇 ,分别用化学发光法检测超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)水平 ,用比色法检测丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)水平。结果 α 硫辛酸低剂量组、高剂量组GSH Px及SOD含量比半乳糖组增加 (P <0 .0 5) ,MDA含量减小 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 α 硫辛酸能对抗D
Objective To observe the effects of α-lipoic acid o n the biochemical indices of drosophila with constructing an aging model of drosop h ila induced by D-galactose.Methods Newly eclosed drosophila we re randomly divided into 4 groups, the control group,the D-gal group, the low - dose group of α-lipoic acid and the high-dose group of α-lipoic acid.Forty -day-old drosophila were collected.Level of SOD was detected by chemiluminess ence assay,and the levels of MDA and GSH-Px were detected with colorimetric m ethod. Results The SOD and GSH-Px level of the low-dose group and high-dose group of α-lipoic acid groups were higher than those of the D -gal group(P<0.05).The MDA level was lower than that of the D-gal group( P<0.05).Conclusion α-lipoic acid can counteract the effect of oxygen free radical induced by D-galactose.
