摘要
介绍了关键链技术(CCM)的概念及其网络模型,以CCM和群体决策支持系统(GDSS)的决策管理模式为基础,采用C/S和B/S结构相结合的形式,提出了一个在Internet环境下的项目进度管理系统及其相应的实现技术.
The paper introduced the concept of critical chain method (CCM) and its network model, presented the structure and implementation of a project scheduling management system based on Internet technology. This system adopts critical chain method and group decision support system (GDSS) as the management basis, and forms a mixed structure including C/S and B/S.
