摘要
针对APISpec 5CT油套管螺纹存在的联接强度低 ,密封性能差 ,上螺纹控制难 ,接头应力高 ,耐应力腐蚀性能差等问题 ,研制了油、套管特殊螺纹WSP 1T。文章介绍了WSP 1T型设计因素和应力分析。现场应用表明WSP 1T型特殊螺纹能上、卸螺纹 30次以上而不粘结 ,气密封性能 10 0 % ,复合承载能力 36 0 0kN以上。
To solve the problems of low strenyth,bad senling performance,difficult control on tightening,high joint stress and bad capacity of anti-corrosion caused by stress,which are existed in API Spes 5ET casing thread.They hare researched and manufactured WSP-1T.In this article,the design elements and stress analysis of WSP-1T are introduced.Site applocation has shown that no damage on WSP-1T special thread for 30 times of tightening.The sealing performance can reach 100%,and compound loading capacity can reach above 3 600 kN.
