摘要
螺旋槽耐磨防砂卡泵是在普通整泵筒的内壁加工几段正反交叉的盲螺旋槽。采用等径光杆柱塞 ,柱塞上加一使柱塞旋转的组件———液压缓冲式旋转器。其主要作用原理是 ,柱塞在运动中 ,受旋转器的作用 ,旋转器受到抽油杆的拉力和压力而强迫其沿顺时针方向旋转 ,从而带动柱塞旋转 ,柱塞在运动中 ,不仅有往复直线运动 ,同时还有圆周运动 ,磨损均匀 ,提高了柱塞的利用率。采用螺旋防砂槽泵筒 ,在柱塞旋转时 ,砂粒被挤入防砂槽内 ,而在下一个冲程时 ,又被液流所冲出 ,减少了砂卡现象。此泵在大庆油田适用 ,通过数据对比可以看出 ,具有推广使用价值。
The anti-xand pump is made by putting several blind kelical channels on conventional pump inner wall,with obrerse and reverse sides intercrossing. The working orinciple is as fouows: When piston is in motion,influenled by swivel,it is rotating too.The rotation imdudes linear motion and circular motion, uhich improves the efficiency of anti-sand pump. Sand is pushes into channel in rotation .In the second stroke ,it flows out with tiquid.The pump is applied in Daqing Oilfield and vt's proved that vt's feusible to popularize.
