摘要
应用齿轮啮合理论 ,建立了螺杆马达定子与转子工作副的通用共轭线形方程。针对内啮合传动的基本特点 ,构造了螺杆马达共轭线形优化的模型。选用三次样条函数作为转子齿顶廓形的拟合曲线 ,进行数值分析求解 ,得到了离散的定子与转子的共轭线形。文章将螺杆马达共轭线形由传统的以简单函数为基础寻找解析解的方法 ,扩展到了以数值分析为基础寻找数值优化解的范围。
The characteristics of internal gearing for a pair of stator and rotor on positive displacement motors (PDM) are introduced. Theoretical equations on solving the conjugate curves of its tooth profiles are established according to the fundamental law of toothed gearing. And a mathematical model of optimizing the parameters of conjugate curves is studied in detail. A practical example of numerical optimum is given by using a cubical spline as the generating curve of the addendum profile of the rotor. The research work presented in this paper will extend the traditional method of finding continuous conjugate curves to a discrete optimization based on numerical analysis.
