摘要
本文通过对“七五”以来华东石油地质局围绕油气勘查、开发开展科技攻关和技术开发所取得的成果的分析,论述了科技进步在该局经济发展中所起的重要作用。文章还就“八五”期间该局科技工作的指导思想、目标和措施作了介绍。
With an analysis of the achievements scored by the EastChina Bureau of Petroleum Geology during the 7th Five-Year-Plan periodin oil-and-gas exploration and development, science and technologicaldevelopment and its accomplishments of key projects, the article expoundsthe important role played by science and technological progress in theeconomic development of the bureau. It also introduces the guidingprinciples, objectives and steps and measures to be taken by the bureauduring the 8th Five-Year-Plan period (1991-1995) with regard to itsscience and technological work.
