摘要
目的研究消化道恶性肿瘤患者外周血CEAmRNA表达的临床价值。方法采用荧光定量RT-PCR检测外周血CEAmRNA的表达。结果消化道恶性肿瘤患者81例外周血CEAmRNA的表达阳性率为58.02 %(47/81) ,对照组27例(健康人)未见表达。原发性肿瘤、远端转移的患者外周血CEAmRNA呈高表达 ,而化疗后外周血CEAmRNA表达阳性率和水平下降 (P<0.05)。结论荧光定量RT-PCR检测消化道恶性肿瘤患者外周血CEAmRNA的表达具有敏感性、特异性 ,对消化道恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断、决定治疗手段、判断疗效、有否转移和预后有着重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of CEA mRNA in peripheral blood and the digestive neoplasms.Methods Real_time transcription_PCR assay was used to detect the expression of CEA mRNA in peripheral blood of81patients with digestive neoplasms and27healthy individuals.Results The positive rate of CEA mRNA expression in peripheral blood of patients with gastrointestinal neoplasms was58.2%(47/81),and no expression in27healthy individuals.The copy number of CEA mRNA expression was significantly enhanced in patients with metastasis,and decrease in patients after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions The reˉal_time transcription_PCR is a sensitive and specific accurate assay for detecting the expression of CEA mRNA in paˉtients with digestive neoplasms.It may be used to predict early metastasis of neoplasms,which possesses clinical significance in assessing the prognosis and scheme of therapy.
