摘要
针对新建带钢热连轧机工艺方案选择问题 ,综合分析比较了常规热连轧 ,薄 (中 )板坯连铸连轧 ,中厚板坯连铸连轧的工艺特点、产品质量、工艺设备和应用情况 ,认为选择具有产品质量好、生产效率高、生产成本低。
The technical characteri stics,products quality,equipment performance and application practice were analyzed for the following three processes, a)traditional cont inuous hot rolling, b)thin slab continuous casting and rolling, c)medium slab continuous casting and rolling. It is concluded that comprehensive superiority of products quality, productivity, production cost and investment are critical factors.
