摘要
目的:探讨不同程度低氧对家兔心电图的影响。 方法:选择家兔30只,随机分为3组,以吸入空气为对照组,吸入125mL/L氮氧混合气体为低氧125mL/L组,吸入85mL/L氮氧混合气体为低氧85mL/L组。急性低氧时间分为5,10,15,20min,分别测定不同低氧时间的心电图变化情况。 结果:与对照组比较,两个急性低氧组心电图变化情况:心率明显减慢(P<0.05),P波时间延长(P<0.05～0.01),电压降低(P<0.05～0.01);P-R,ORS间期延长(P>0.05,<0.01);ST段两组都抬高在基线上,以低氧85mL/L组抬高较明显[实验前,低氧5,10,15,20min分别为(0.109±0.019),(0.120±0.027),(0.132±0.027),(0.163±0.036),(0.167±0.039)mV](P<0.05～0.01);T波电压稍降低但不明显(P>0.05);QT间期延长(P<0.05～0.01);R波电压在低氧125mL/L组升高,而低氧85mL/L组降低(P>0.05);S波深度变浅(P>0.05)。 结论:急性低氧对家兔心电图的影响根据其低氧程度不同有明显的变化。
AIM:To investigate the effect of acute hypoxia(AH) of different degrees on electrocardiogram(ECG) in rabbits.
METHODS:A total of 30 rabbits were divided into three groups:the normal control group,inhaling the air;12.5 mL/L hypoxia group,inhaling 125 mL/ L oxygen gas mixed with nitrogen gas;85 mL/L hypoxia group,inhaling 85 mL/L oxygen gas mixed with nitrogen gas.ECG was measured at different hypoxia time-5,10,15 and 20 min.
RESULTS:Compared with the control group.Heart rates after AH decreased (P<0.05-0.01);time of P wave prolonged(P<0.05-0.01) and voltage of P wave decreased(P<0.05);P-R,QRS interval prolonged(P<0.05,P<0.01);QT segment in 125 mL/L hypoxia group was lower but with no significant difference(P>0.05) and elevation of ST segment in 85 mL/L hypoxia group was obvious [before experiment,5,10,15,20,min of hypoxia were (0.109±0.019),(0.120±0.027),(0.132±0.027),(0.163±0.036)and (0.167±0.039) mv,respectively] (P<0.05).Voltage of T wave did not decrease markedly(P>0.05);QT interval prolonged(P<0.05).Voltage of R wave increased in 125 mL/L hypoxia group(P<0.05) and voltage of R wave decreased in 85 mL/L hypoxia group(P<0.05);depth of S wave in the two hypoxia groups became smaller(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the disorder of cardiac rhythm occurred in twenty percent of the rabbits.CONCLUSION:The effect of acute hypoxia on ECG changes significantly with different degrees of hypoxia.
