摘要
目的:通过动态检测运动后大鼠小脑乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholinesterase,AchE)活性,以期探讨胆碱能系统在小脑运动调节中的意义及小脑对运动调节的中枢机理。 方法:39只SD大鼠随机分为5组:对照组,运动力竭即刻组,大负荷运动后6,18,24h各组,采取无负重游泳,分别测定小脑AchE活性。 结果:①力竭组小脑AchE活性(mmol/g)明显升高(0.631±0.088),与对照组(0.480±0.036)相比,差异有显著性意义(t=4.506,P=0.000)。②大负荷运动后18h组小脑AchE活性明显升高(0.714±0.203),与对照组、大负荷运动后6h组(0.578±0.063),24(0.479±0.047)各组相比,显示差异有显著性意义(F=7.749,P=0.000,0.021,0.000)。 结论:①AchE在运动调节中有重要意义。②AchE活性变化与运动负荷相关,力竭运动后出现早,大负荷运动后出现相对较迟。
AIM:To explore the significance of cholinergic system in cerebellum exercise adjustment and the central mechanism of cerebellum in exercise adjustment,by dynamically detecting the activity of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) in cerebellum of rats after exercise.
METHODS:Thirty-nine SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group,exhausted swimming group,6 h after intensive swimming group (group 1),18 h after intensive swimming group (group 2) and 24 h after intensive swimming group (group 3) respectively.Cerebellum AchE activity of each group was measured after non-load swimming.RESULTS:(1)Compared with the control group(0.480±0.036),the cerebellum AchE activity(mmol/g) increased significantly in the exhausted swimming group (0.631±0.088) (t = 4.506,P = 0.000 ).(1) The AchE activity in group 3(0.714±0.203) became higher obviously,which was significantly different from those in the control group,group 1 (0.578±0.063) and group 3(0.479±0.047) (F = 7.749,v = 3,P= 0.000,0.021,0.000,respectively).
CONCLUSION:(1)Variation of AchE activity is important in exercise adjustment.(2) Variation of AchE activity is related to exercise load,which occurs early after exhausting exercise and later after heavy intensive exercise.
