摘要
介绍了在尿素合成塔断裂时,由于解除了塔体的约束,塔内物料由正常操作状态瞬间突降到大气状态下,极其迅速地释放其内在物理能量。运用工程热力学的理论计算组成物料的各气体、汽体、液体于绝热过程中对外所作的膨胀功、爆沸功。这些功将消耗于残骸的进一步撕裂、残骸抛射、毁坏设备、产生冲击波破坏现场周围的建筑物等。通过两类功相对比判定尿塔破坏的性质。
This article introduces that,when the urea synthetic tower is broken,the inside materials change suddenly from operation condition to atmosphere condition as a result of losing the tower's restraint.According to the engineering thermodynamic theory,the inflating work and ebulliency work exerted by the materials composed of liquid,vapour and gas during the adiabatic process are calculated.They are consumed by the tear and projection of debris,the damage to equipment and surrounding buildings.The property of the tower's breakage can be deduced by comparing these two kinds of work.
