摘要
结合太原市编制战略规划研究的实际情况 ,从战略规划的产生背景、性质、作用、特点、内容等方面作了介绍 。
Urban development strategy planning is new thing in urban planning in recent years. In this paper combined with the practical situations of development strategy planning of Taiyuan the strategic planning's background, features, roles, characteristics and contents are introduced. In the end the idea is showed that strategic planning plays an active role in promoting urban planning reform.
