以晋铝安装公司建成的 4号焙烧炉系统工程为例 ,介绍了在建筑安装行业施工中以项目经理负责制为核心 ,搞好各项施工管理工作的成功经验。
Taking the 4# roaster project as example the successful management experiences are introduced, which regards the manager responsible system as the essence. The project won national excellent engineering prize.
