摘要
每一所大学都可能在一定的范围内 ,按照一定的参照系建成高水平大学。高水平大学首先要有高水平的学科和师资 ,大学的高水平、综合性有利于大学向研究型发展。当前 ,我国建设高水平综合性大学的关键在于制度。
Each university can be,in line with a certain frame of reference,built into a highlevel university within a scope.A highlevel university must first of all have highlevel disciplines and faculty,and the highlevel and comprehensiveness of a university is conducive to its shift to a research-centered one.At present,the key to build a highlevel,comprehensive university lies in the educational system.
