摘要
目的 总结 18例的小切口经肾肾盂取石术的手术方法和特点。方法 取侧卧位经腰部选一小切口 ,直达肾脏表面 ,将肾实质切开 ,通过扩张的肾腔 ,直视下将肾结石取出。结果 除 1例病人有残留结石外 ,17例病人均一次取尽结石 ,切口一期愈合。结论 对于像球囊样扩张积液的肾盂结石可选用此方法 ,较之传统手术方法 ,手术操作程序少、创伤小、美容好。
Objective To review the process and characteristic of transrenal pyelolithotomy of 18 cases of patients with kidney stone.Methods Patients is positioned laterally lying on bed.To choose an incision in his waist and open it to the surface of kidney.By extending kidney pelvis and under direct eyeview to extract stone out.Results Stone was extracted out in 17 of 18 cases of patients except for 1 patient with stone remained incision recovered in stage 1.Conclusions Transrenal pyelolithotomy can be chosen for patients with stone in reanl pelvis who has a ball-like infusion.Compared with tradition method,it show small incision,simple procedure,good cosmetic effect.
