摘要
目的 通过对四种常用消毒剂的抑菌能力比较 ,为临床针对烧伤创面选择并应用合适消毒剂提供理论依据。方法 选用 1%碘伏、0 .0 5 %洗必泰、0 .5 %新洁尔灭和 0 .0 2 %呋喃西林四种消毒剂 ,分别对从烧伤创面分离采集的常见 5种细菌金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌和阴沟杆菌进行体外抑菌实验并进行比较。结果 1%碘伏具有较好的广谱抑菌作用 ,但对绿脓杆菌的抑菌作用不如 0 .5 %新洁尔灭。结论 1%碘伏仍是目前最为理想的烧伤创面消毒剂 ,但对于明确有绿脓杆菌感染的创面 ,0 .5 %新洁尔灭可能具有更好的治疗作用。临床医生在选择上述消毒剂时应予慎重考虑。
Objective To select suitable disinfectants through comparative study in vitro on susceptibitily of bacteria from burnt wound.Methods Five kinds of bactera were isolated from bad-healing burnt wound,including staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus epidermides,pseudomonas aeruginosa,escherichia coli,enterobacter cloacae.Bacteriostatic action test in vitro were performed on these bacteia using four kinds of disinfectants,1% povidone-isodine,0.05% cholrhexidine,0.5% benzalkonium bromide solution and furacilin.Results 1% povidone-isodine shows better broad-spectrum to inhabit these bacteria,For pseudomonas aeruginosa,0.5% benzalkonium bromide solution shows more effective anti-bacterial than 1% povidone-isodine.Conclusions 1% povidone-isodine is still a optimal disinfectants for all kinds of bad-healing burnt wound.For the burnt wound infected by pseudomonas aeruginosa,0.5% benzalkonium bromide solution is more effective.Topical application of disinfectants must be directed against the bacteria on bad-healing burnt wound.
